It was wonderful stay, I greatly enjoyed outstanding food.
I booked family room with balcony, a great view which turned out to be a functional room. The location was great and beautiful and the beach was within walking distance of the hotel. The area was shopping, a vacation base for me.

The room we were upgraded at no charge to was nicely refurbished and airy and included climate control, a lounge, and a sitting area. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and a few steps away from Walkin' on Water.

Had a relaxing stay for 2 nights, glad I've chosen it. I loved the room with a nice view of beaches. The hotel's location was central, so close to great restaurants. Coolangatta district was worth exploring.

The location was marvellous as for me, near marine parade restaurants, shops, cafes, the beach and entertainment, and clubs and restaurants which are within easy walking distance. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a lounge and a couch. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly on arrival and throughout the stay.

Fairly clean place with glorious view of the ocean and beaches. Efficient personnel at the reception desk and outstanding food. Favourable and lovely location to the Commonwealth Games event, easy to get around.

The property was clean and staff was amazing friendly. The room was reasonably large and functional with coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and right by Queen Elizabeth Park.

The hotel was fairly clean and had decent and best staff at the reception desk. The superior king room we stayed in was reasonably large with big beds. We booked it for US$ 163.
Didn't like the area, it was not nice.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, room ready late with complimentary late checkout, even received a birthday card! Bargain price, clean and comfy bed. Easy beach access, great for taxi or public transport. 5 minutes to airport. Functional appliances, pleasant fragrance in rooms. Welcoming attitude towards visiting relatives. Best accommodation experience ever.
